I am the author of six novels, including three in the fantasy genre. They include the stand-alone story The Three Towers of Afranor as well as The Curse of Septimus Bridge, set in a fantastical world of demons and mages, and its sequel, Last of the Tuath Dé, a continuation of the adventures of the Demon Hunters Sapphire and Izanami. I have also authored a trio of books (Maximilian and Carlotta Are Dead, Lautaro’s Spear and Searching for Cunégonde) about the adventures of one Dallas Green, spanning many years and locations. I am a native of California’s San Joaquin Valley, which provided the original inspiration for the Dallas Green tales. Other places I’ve lived have also provided settings for my books—and ideas for characters—including Seattle, France, Chile, and my current home, the West of Ireland. In addition to novels, I write several blogs, including one of the internet’s longest-running movie review web sites. ScottsMovies.com has been logging online film commentary since 1995.
